Ink and Consumables:
Must be returned unopened within 30 days of purchase. 20% restocking fee. Shipping is non-refundable.

Parts and Accessories:
Unused items can be returned for a refund minus a 20% restocking fee. Shipping at customers expense

Equipment Sales:
All Sales are final. No Refunds / No returns. Issues are repaired under the terms of the warranty agreement.
