The machine requires a 220V power supply: L6-20 (printer) at 20 amps and 40 amps (shaker). It is recommended to have a dual breaker system installed by professional electricians.

To operate the machine, you will need a PC or laptop with high specifications. Gaming PCs or laptops work best, and it must have an Ethernet port. Regular PCs or laptops are not recommended.

Please refrain from accepting orders if you do not have the machine yet. Additionally, the Dynasty 400 is not suitable for home-based businesses as it requires a good ventilation system. Inhaling fumes from the machine is harmful. Keep the machine in a warm room and away from children as it may cause burns and has many fast-moving parts.

We provide a one-year warranty on the electronic parts, excluding parts that come into contact with ink and moving parts, as they are considered consumables. Technical support is available from Ryan/RANCHO TRANSFERS, and we offer limited lifetime support.
