Printheads service life : 6 to 18 months period within this period you may require to replace the printheads, especially the on the white channels

Additional Warranty Terms
- The warranty will cover the parts but not the shipping for the core and the replacement parts. The customer is responsible for payment of shipping charges both to get the parts and to return the defective parts.
- The warranty will not cover physical, cosmetics, or shipping damage by the courier, customers are responsible for filing a claim with the courier company.
- The warranty will not cover caused by flood, water damage, fire, lightning, etc caused by disasters.
- The warranty will not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect, improper use or installation, unauthorized modification, adjustments, or action beyond our control.
- Pick-up at our location is free of charge.
- In cases that can’t be resolved remotely by the customer with the help of our tech support (Rancho Transfers/ Manufacturer Team, the customer would be responsible for crating and shipping the printer back to our warehouse.
- The warranty is non-transferable.

We do not accept returns or give refunds on printers, printheads, Electronic boards, Controllers,powder machines, heat presses, ovens, DIY Kits, and other equipment
Printers' issues must be resolved according to the terms of the warranty.
Ink and Consumables:
Must be returned unopened within 30 days of purchase. 20% restocking fee. Shipping is non-refundable.
Parts and Accessories:
