Custom Orders: All custom-made items are final sale. We offer reprints only if the issue is on our end. Please verify the size, spelling, resolution (300 DPI), and design details before uploading. Images with transparent pixels, overlapping elements, or copyrighted material will not be accepted.
Shipping: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Same-day shipping may be available if ordered by our cut-off time. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Tracking details will be provided once your order ships.
Pick-Up Option: Orders may be picked up at our Arlington, Texas warehouse for local customers.
Returns and Refunds: Custom items are non-refundable. Reprints are offered only if we determine an issue on our end.
Intellectual Property: By uploading any image, you confirm that you have the rights to reproduce it. We are not liable for any intellectual property violations.
Liability: Cowboys Transfers is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our products.
